We provide a weekly peer led support group with access for all in a central location.

Provide an atmosphere where you feel confident to talk about your experiences or listen to those who may be able to offer advice or support.

Treat all members with respect and include all of them in any group discussions.

We’re constantly trying to improve our group, so feel free to give some feedback or ideas.

Confidentially is exceptionally important within and out of the group including any written communication you may have to join the group.
